KASS Model T200E and T200LCT Takeaways

The KASS Model T200E takeaway is the economical way to automate your shuttle-type blowmolding line. Specifically designed to work with Bekum and Battenfeld-Fischer shuttle/reciprocating blowmolding systems, the T200E gently and precisely removes containers from the blowmolder and transfers them to either a customer supplied or KASS supplied conveyor. Containers remain oriented throughout this process and are ready for the next downline operation. The T200E is available with an in-line rotary detabber to remove tails from containers.

The KASS Model T200LCT Takeaway System adds precise, high-speed digital servo controls and completely programmable closed-loop operation. The T200LCT utilizes custom-machined container transfer nests that provide complete, oriented control over containers throughout the process, and is designed to work with Bekum, Battelfeld-Fischer, and Uniloy Reciprocating/Shuttle-Type Blowmolding systems. The model T200LCT incorporates a high-speed rotary detabber to remove tails before the containers exit the system.

Both T200-Series Takeaway Systems are ideally suited for integration with KASS's model DF400-series deflashers.
