		KASS Model S25 Spin Trimmer The KASS Model S25 Spin Trimmer is the original spin trim system. The economical S25 can trim both narrow and wide-mouth containers manufactured from a variety of resins easily and inexpensively. The S25 is light, strong and portable and can be moved from site to site or installed over an existing conveyor line for dedicated operation.
The KASS Model SG30 The KASS Model SG30 is the current state-of-the-art in spin trimmer technology. The SG30 includes micrometer-style adjustments for blade angle and depth, and incorporates an adjustable trim head that can be raised and lowered independently of the frame. The SG30 also adds a pneumatically-controlled part guide to release jammed containers that automatically returns to its original location to allow continued production with no adjustments required. The SG30 also features our positive, slip-free variable speed gear belt drive system. A special version of the SG30 is available that is specifically designed to trim PET containers.
The KASS Model SGH225 One of our most successful models, the KASS model SGH225 dual-bladed horizontal spin trimmer is specifically designed to trim and separate mouth-to-mouth (log-style) containers. The SGH225 produces containers free of debris and with the flattest sealing surface in the industry. The model SHG225 incorporates a positive, slip-free toothed belt drive system and is available with a variety of options, including uprighting devices. Easily integrated into your existing blowmolding line, the SGH225 is designed for high-speed production environments. Container size determines ultimate throughput, but speeds of up to 300 logs per minute have been obtained in actual production.
