		KASS Model DF400E Deflashers KASS model DF400E single-station deflashers are your best value for vertical deflashing applications. The 400E series is based on an industry-proven design, and is simple, robust, and reliable. Like all of our deflashing solutions, the 400E utilizes custom CNC-machined tooling made from your container sample or mold, and incorporates our unique shear-punch technology which uses a progressive shearing action to remove flash, eliminating the hammering and vibration normally associated with this process. The KASS model DF400-7A deflashers add digital servos and controls to provide the ultimate in high-speed single-station vertical deflashing. The 400-7A deflashers are available with smooth screw-assisted infeed as an option. All 400-7A deflashers incorporate our 2002 closed-loop, fully programmable computer systems for complete control of the deflashing process. Both DF400-series systems are ideally suited for integration with KASS Model T200-series Takeaway Systems.
