Mr. Thatcher has been granted 6 patents and is recognized throughout the industry for his contributions to the growth of plastics. His work has culminated in the development of spin trimmers, takeouts and deflashers which are considered the industry standard throughout the world. Our spin trimmers, rotary trimmers, deflashers and takeaway systems are in 18 countries throughout the world. These machines are incorporated into lines manufacturing cosmetics, household and laundry care containers, edible oils, food products, lubricants and a wide range of non-food items such as ice chests and portable safes. We have designed and manufactured and installed equipment downline from virtually every type of blowmolding machine on the market. You will find our intelligent solutions cost-effective for every size company from the single blowmolder to the multiplant conglomerate. KASS is supported by a consortium of dedicated suppliers providing a vast array of services. These vendors have been selected from numerous companies for their attention to detail and high quality. Machine shop, welding and fabrication are quick and accurate. All of our machinery designs are created in-house with interaction from our machining group. We specify the highest quality parts and materials from industry-leading manufacturers. Our in-house engineers constantly work to upgrade and improve our existing products as well continuing to develop new products. We can also offer complete digitizing services for custom patterns and tooling.
